Nissan North America

Nissan Motor Company, LTD is one of the largest manufactures of cars in the world. The company first appeared in the United States in 1958 and in 1960 the company was called the Nissan Motor Corporation, U.S.A. 1990 Nissan North America Inc. (NNA), was established to control and coordinate the work of the affiliates. In the year 1998, the two companies merged. The headquarters of the company is located in Nashville, Tennessee. Nissan North America Inc. controls the subsidiaries throughout the USA, Canada and Mexico. The company coordinates vehicle styling, financing as well as engineering.

Nissan North America Inc maintains three manufacturing plants in the United States which are based in Smyrna and Decherd, TN, and Canton, MP.
