Nissan North America complaint
We brought our 2004 Murano in for its service. When we got it back there was a noise when excelerating. When we brought it to the attention of our dealer the motor mounts were found to be broken. They say that they did not do it and will not replace them. The estimated cost of repair is $1,200.00.

And our head lamps are so discolored that driving at night is not the same. This is our third Nissan and we have not had to replace either of these items in the past. Our last Nissan had 138,000 miles on it. Our Murano had 38,000 miles at the time of this problem. To replace our lamps the estimate was another $1,242.00
